Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Turn it off and relax? At times like this, you're in the right place in our alpine hut with outdoor sauna! Absolute seclusion and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend cozy days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including a tutorial book. Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.

We have 2 holiday flats in the middle of Maishofen in a quiet and central location. Both flats have a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed. In the flat Schwalbenwand and Tauernblick there are 5 sleeping possibilities.The flats are located next to each other on the 2nd floor. Maishofen is the starting point for the skiing areas of Zell am See, Saalbach-Hinterglemm- Leogang, Kaprun - Kitzsteinhorn.

Unser Haus ist zentral gelegen am Eingang der Europa-Sport-Region Zell am See /Kaprun und dem Skicircus Saalbach / Hinterglemm. Unsere Familie verbindet Natur und Geselligkeit, welche sich im jahrelangen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb und der eigenen Schnapsproduktion abbildet. Unser Angebot ist sowohl ideal für eine Gruppe von max. 4 Personen, als auch für Alleinreisende, Paare und Familien.

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
