Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.
