Beach house with SPA

This newly renovated lakeside cottage with access to its own SPA with sea views is in a completely unique location! The cottage is located on Lilla Hammarsnäs, 22 km outside Höllviken. The area is known for its rich nature and culture. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is equipped with a small kitchenette (hotplates and a small oven), fridge and freezer, a large dining table and a 160-cm bed, and is therefore suitable for 1-2 people. Towels and bed linen are included. Access to the spa is included. Cleaning is not included. There is no sauna. Kayaks and a rowboat can be rented

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Welcome to a newly renovated and bright loft apartment with high ceilings, skylights and a private terrace overlooking open fields. Perfect accommodation during SommarRock Svedala, only about 2 km from the festival area, with room for up to 4 people. Here, you can stay in a quiet location but close to the festival. Private entrance, open plan, fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and free parking. Self check-in for a smooth arrival and late evenings. Private, quiet and comfortable accommodation between concerts.

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

NOTE: The house is 24 sqm, has a double bed of 180 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm. The house is ideal for 2 people but it is possible to accommodate 4 people. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a simple kitchen.
