Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down on the property and there is parking available for guests.

The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Wonderful accommodation, in extremely magnificent surroundings! The location is perfect in the beautiful countryside by the sea and at the same time close to the city and all possible communications. Our group came by car, train and plane. Also, the proximity to other nice sights and cozy places makes the location the best. The house is modern, fresh and very well cleaned. Really well-equipped in every way you could wish for. The description and pictures of the accommodation are very accurate! I find it difficult to describe how perfect everything is. I can highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return. Emma is the best host, very nice and responds very quickly, easy to communicate with. You will feel warmly welcomed!

This is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet location and an unspoiled view of the sea. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea, resting in the afternoon with a view of the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening with a view of the sea.

The accommodation is very good if you don't want to stay centrally in Malmö. By car, you can reach 25 minutes to both Malmö and Lund. We felt very comfortable; everything is clean, modern and new. Charlie and Johanna are very nice hosts. Communication was flawless and totally friendly! We definitely recommend the apartment.

Sara's house was simply fantastic. At first, I wasn't sure if the accommodation included the entire house. But everything looked exactly as it was shown in the photos. Check-in worked wonderfully and communication was good and uncomplicated. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, perfect! The sea can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. For shops and everything else, you need a car or bicycle.

The accommodation is in a beautiful area, just a few minutes' walk to a very nice white sandy beach. There are numerous restaurants and a supermarket in the village. Höllviken is a good starting point for trips to Falsterbo, Malmö, Lund and many other places. Bertil is a friendly host who was always available and responded to our wishes. He also arranged a baby cot and baby chair - that was great. The accommodation offers many cupboards to store your luggage well. The bed and sofa bed with extra mattress are very comfortable. The kitchen was small, but had everything you need and was very well equipped. We were happy to use the terrace. The large table was great. The bathroom had a large shower and even a washing machine.
