The apartment on the first floor is available for rent, featuring a separate entrance, kitchen/dining/living area, terrace, double bedroom and bathroom. 180-degree lake view, with a swimming pool and outdoor green space. The swimming pool is not open to the public and is shared with the property. The spa and relaxation area can be used upon request and for a fee. "IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
