All important places of the city are available in a few minutes. The tram station to the city and to main station (about 15 min) is about 100 meters away. Shops, pubs, bars, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. The University Hospital is about 1 km. Free parking is available in the adjacent streets.
