Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Cosy holiday apartment for 2 to 12 people

Quiet and relaxing accommodation on the Elberadweg. We offer apartments for 2 to 4 guests. In total we can accommodate 12 people. Supermarket, cheap gas station and public transport are also right around the corner. In summer there is a cozy barbecue area for you on the farm. Parking is available right in front of the house. The price indicated refers to 1 person per night. Each additional person costs an additional 25,ß € per night.

The 2 room apartment is located in the center of Hasselbachplatz, but in a traffic-calmed side street. The apartment is accessible by elevator. There is also a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Wi-Fi available with a 30,000 line. Restaurants, super/drugstores, pharmacy, bakery and public Transportation is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. There are only a few stops from the main train station.
