Villa Atlantica is a 2 bedroom villa, situated at the edge of the village. It is reached on foot by a 200m path from the village square. It is 20m above sea level and its private terrace gives an uninterrupted 180 degree sea view over the Jardim do Mar surf break and along the coast to Paul do Mar. Facing West it enjoys spectacular sunsets and moonlight seascapes. It shares a swimming pool and garden on a slightly lower terrace with two adjacent houses, Villa Oceana and Casa das Pedras.

Quintinha de Sao Roque, a modest/rustic house about 10 minutes from downtown Funchal by bus or car. A calm and serene area. Composed of a private entrance, free Wi-Fi throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, spacious bathroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board, bedroom with double bed and cable TV. There is a spacious patio where you can park your car for free and sit and enjoy the interior of the property.

This apartment is located in the heart of the village of Loreto with all the commodities accessible by foot : bar, billiards, supermarket, restaurant, church and departure of levada. Please note that a tourist tax of two euros per person is required and must be paid directly to the host for the first 7 nights of the stay.
