It is 20m above sea level and its private terrace gives an uninterrupted 180 degree sea view over the Jardim do Mar surf break and along the coast to Paul do Mar. Facing West it enjoys spectacular sunsets and moonlight seascapes. It shares a swimming pool and garden on a slightly lower terrace with two adjacent houses, Villa Oceana and Casa das Pedras.
