A perfect place to stay in Stavanger. Clean and warm studio, with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Edel is a super warm and helpful host. Thanks for making me an excellent experience in Stavanger. No doubt I’d like to choose the house of Edel again and I strongly recommend it for everyone.

Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wir wurden herzlich Willkommen geheissen. Odd Bjarne ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden und haben viele Tipps für Aktivitäten und Wanderungen bekommen. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und er hat schnell geantwortet wenn wir fragen hatten. Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This home was beautiful, and has stunning views of the nearby fjord. We stayed one night and would have gladly spent several more. There is a hot tub, movie room, games, hair dryer, and multiple kitchen amenities. I was impressed by the number of spaces to relax and enjoy the views. I hope to be able to explore Strand more in the future.

Agriculture and Architecture mix. Living on the farm. Hike the property to historical Viking battle site. Golden hour sunset from property was amazing. The boathouse is a special and unique salute to Norway. 🇳🇴 Hope to return and stay longer next time. 🤞

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Größe und Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Blick ist einfach nur wunderschön egal bei welchem Wetter. Der Bus nach Stavanger hält direkt vor der Tür, zum Lysefjord fährt man nur 20 Minuten. Bengt war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Alles passte wunderbar für uns.

Kenneth was an outstanding host, and very responsive to the few questions we had. He asked when we planned to arrive so that he would have everything “guest-ready.” The place was beautiful and very serene. We were in town to hike, so we were gone most of the four days, but our arrival home was always met with beautiful views and a comfortable place to relax. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped, which is important for us as we prefer to cook. The laundry facilities were super and there were plenty of linens and towels. We were two couples traveling and each of us felt that the place will be hard to top in this month of travel in Norway. We highly recommend Kenneth’s place!

The house was lovely, offering a breathtaking sea view right from the window. Although the nearby beach was a bit small, it had a peaceful charm that made it perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're planning to hike Preikestolen—it's an ideal home to relax before or after the adventure.

Als Zwischenstopp haben wir bei Bente gebucht. Sie ist eine tolle, superfreundliche Gastgeberin, und es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte für uns in Norwegen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ici ! Brit est une hôte accueillante et bienveillante, la communication a été très fluide. Le logement est très bien équipé, meublé et décoré avec soin. A wonderful place for walking, relaxing and time at home. Whether you are looking for a place where your dog feels welcomed or a lovely place to stay overnight, this flat and environment makes it easy to enjoy Jørpeland. The flat provides an inviting environment for both guests and their pets. The space is thoughtfully designed, combining coziness with all the necessary amenities for both short and extended stays. On sunny days, the balcony offers a delightful spot to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenery. All in all, we were super happy with our accommodation.

We stayed here for one night. Lena’s place is amazing. They are very welcoming and we felt at home. Beautiful views!

Maja's house has the best views which completely blew our mind upon arrival. In addition, the rental unit is very clean and spacious, and the access to a private outdoor space is such a luxury for us. Maja and her family are sweet and resposive, we would love to stay there again next time.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was really helpful, responded quickly to all our messages, and was very friendly throughout. He also gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. We especially appreciated that he took the time to stop by in person. It really made us feel welcome. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus, the view was beautiful! We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! 😆

Appartement fonctionnel et bien rénové qui permet de joindre le centre ville en 20 mn. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits.

nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Éric. La maison est magnifique l environnement est splendide Éric est hyper accueillant. Dans la maison tout est parfait, cuisine, salle de bain, friandises...Nous recommandons vraiment et sans aucune modération, nous avons eu du mal à quitter les lieux.

Johannes is the best host you could possibly wish for: proactive in providing information about the apartment and hiking tips for the area. He advised us of shops closed due to a public holiday (we would have completely forgotten) and of a road closure due to a bike race. Very responsive to our messages regarding hihking in the area. Johannes knows the area extremely well and gave us tips that we had not found anywhere in the guide books, maps or on komoot. We very much liked the apartment: it is exactly as shown in the photos: large windows, in addition many lamps for the evening or overcast days. Great views across the bay. Close to Preikestolen and many other great hikes in the area. Our only regret was not having booked enough days to explore more of the area. We highly recommend the apartment and would certainly love to visit again. Thank you very much, Johannes, for your kind hospitality!!

Wir haben sowohl die ruhige, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung als auch den Ausblick sehr genossen. Die Wiese mit den Schafen vor dem Fenster und die Nordsee zu jeder Tageszeit sehen zu können, war bezaubernd. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Super Lage. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen!

Für Wanderer und Leute mit empfindlichen Schlaf sehr empfehlenswert! Die Betten sind eher hart, die Schlafzimmer gut abdunkelbar und es ist ruhig. Die Lage ist großartig sowohl zum Anfahren diverser Wanderwege als auch die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die beiden bauen sich da gerade ein tolles Schmuckstück auf! Küche und Bad sind ordentlich ausgerüstet. Der Kater, der bei den beiden lebt, ist ein Schmuseschatz und der Hund eine ganz liebe. Maren und Martin sind freundlich und offen aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Kontakt mit ihnen war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michal’s apartment. He was very responsive to questions, was happy to provide recommendations and the apartment was very clean and welcoming. A strange positive feedback, but the hairdryer worked perfectly. It was not a cheap one that only blows HOT air. This one was great. The washer and dryer were great. We used the drying rack for some of our clothes. I forgot how light it is through the summer in Norway so if you like dark for sleeping, bring an eye mask. My only negative bit of feedback for the apartment is it is very loud from surrounding bars in the neighbourhood. It was extremely hard to fall asleep. The bed was comfortable though! We would choose this apartment again in the future if coming back to Stavanger. The location is perfect. Make sure you check out Døgnvill Burger. The burgers were outstanding, Service was great. And Adriatico for Italian was out of this world. Small with 6 tables inside but the best we have had! It’s a gem!
