Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Exciting loft for kids and unique master bedroom with views to both the sea and boat rooms. With mattresses on the floor of the loft, there is room for 10 people in total in the boathouse. New and safe boat, Øien 620F (40hp) can be rented for NOK 800 per day.
