Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

Flekkefjord is in the middle of Kristiansand and Stavanger and with about 1.5 hours drive to Sirdal. The house is located in a single-family area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family home appears to be family friendly with several playgrounds, sea, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Idyllically located cabin in Lindelia about 20 meters from the sea. From the cabin you can enjoy the great view of the Lenesfjord. Lenefjord offers good swimming and fishing opportunities. In the immediate vicinity, there are several nice hiking opportunities. The owner is registered as a tourist fishing company. Lyngdal is 7 km away.
