The delicious and award-winning goat cheese that won the "world cheese awards" in October 2023 was produced 50 m from the cabin. From mid-July, the goats are the closest neighbours to the cabin. Here you will also find Northern Europe's oldest and smallest stave church, built in 1147.

Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with double bed. The living room has been kept in the old style. The house is located on a farm where there are sheep. Great space if you want quiet surroundings. We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjorden. The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

The cabin is newly renovated, new kitchen, bathroom and loft with 2 double beds. There is some traffic noise in the summer. There is a small hot water tank, not everyone can shower after each other.
