Beautiful and large house, very well equipped, very functional and comfortable to stay in. Exterior and pool as described and just as pleasant! Lovely country roads and small villages to discover on foot or by bike .. very fluid communication with the owners.

We totally enjoyed the week here. The cottage has everything it needs, plus a beautiful terrace. Great hosts. Definitely worth a trip.

We had a great weekend! Very nice cottage, well arranged for 12 people with spa and pool. Outside with a nice dining area. Supermarket within 5 minutes. Departure for bike rides from Mesnil-Saint-Père.

Great stay in this rustic and well-equipped house, perfect for relaxing with friends. The indoor pool with jacuzzi is really great! The cleaning could have been a little more thorough, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. Thanks to Benjamin for his responsiveness and flexibility at the start.

Very nice house and a large green space with the pool to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Lots of beds available. Small attraction with the welcome of kittens and the dog (who is gifted with a ball). Very nice welcome from the hosts who were able to answer our questions and who were available during the stay.

Three-day stay in Laurence's Airbnb, very good welcome. Flexible check-in, small surprises in the fridge for the whole family. Good-sized, family-friendly accommodation with room for three adults, two girls, two babies and a small dog. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. The garden is a big plus for the children and the dog and for us of course, well fenced. The games room also benefited our four children and the jacuzzi was great for adults, a nice surprise for our mum who was delighted. Activities in the village itself this weekend, the quinguette, flea market, games for children one minute from the accommodation. And of course the Lac du Der, a great destination for the family, we were able to settle on a beach, paddle, go to the restaurant "la planche du Der" very good, top location and take a ride on the little train, beautiful walks also on the premises. We disconnected, it was great 👌🏼

Great stay in this charming country house where everything has been thought of to make you feel good. I went there for the long weekend with a friend and our 4 dogs. We loved having each our own room with a large bed, a large, very clean bathroom and the super cozy and pleasant enclosed courtyard. The location of the accommodation is great for walking and enjoying the quiet and nature, there is even a stream 2 streets down, our dogs loved it! It was a pleasure to stay at Martial's, who was very welcoming and friendly. I sincerely recommend it and we will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

I lived for a few weeks in this little haven of peace and I only have one thing to say: it feels great in this apartment! Is it the decor? Wood, stones, books? I don't know. Anyway, I recommend it+++ In addition, it is a 5-minute walk from the center: small restaurants, terraces, shopping ...without the inconveniences of the city because it is very quiet. A few minutes away too, beautiful walks on the banks of the Yonne. Rich heritage in this department.

me and my familie loved our stay at Jean-françois's astablisment. it is located in a beautiful village serounded by even more beautiful fields. the host was really kind and was ready if we had any problems. good place!!

We have enjoyed a fabulous stay. Beautiful area, nice and cosy home and amazing garden(s). Everything was as described, kids enjoyed “playing” in the gardens very much. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful woodlands at walking distance, great for walking the dogs. Friendly people in the small (quiet) town. We can highly recommend the 9 holes golf course nearby. All in all enjoyed our stay, Sarah and here family were very welcoming. Recommend to go here for a relaxing and nice holiday.

The house Geert has a lovely place. It is very spacious and is located in a quiet environment. It's great for family gatherings or gatherings with friends. Communication with Geert is very easy and fast. We would recommend this listing.
