Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Accès vélovoie à 1 km. Il est proche des commerces essentiels ainsi qu'à 15 min en voiture de la ville de Troyes. Une belle terrasse vous permettra de profiter d'un jardin fleuri et d'un barbecue. Une baignoire balnéo dans la chambre est également disponible.

Cottage of 2 to 6 people maximum located within a property, in the center of the village. You will have access to a large outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue available. Your car can be parked in the courtyard, which is locked at 10pm (free access for pedestrians). All shops 6 km away. Lake, beach and bike path 500 m away, Nigloland amusement park 25 km away, champagne vineyard about 30 km away, Colombey village les 2 Churches 55 km away (Charles de Gaulle memorial).

GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!
