Large bright house on the ground floor typical of the 1950s. Very well equipped including air conditioning. Very good communication and hospitality.

We had already rented this house which still served us as a midway stop. It is very well located, the garden is well fenced, you can bring the car in and there is what you need to cook. There are lights that turn on automatically in the evening guiding us to the entrance which is handy when you arrive late. The bed is also very comfortable. We did not have a long stay here so we can't judge this but for 1 course stay it is perfect.

It is an excellent choice for families who want to experience the quiet life of a French town. The experience is very good, and the neighbors around are also friendly, which adds a lot of comfort to the house.Quiet, relaxing, worth experiencing.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation, room for everyone and a warm welcome. Human people, who like to host and it shows. The house is made to accommodate families who want to get together, the feeling of being at my grandmother's. Super clean, attentive host. My dogs were greeted with lots of love too!

Thank you Frédérique, very short stay that allowed us to enjoy nature. A very nice surprise in the garden when we woke up🦚. Frédérique knows how to put you at ease, our children have even adopted the house 😂😂 and want to come back so maybe see you soon. We have enjoyed a fabulous stay. Beautiful area, nice and cosy home and amazing garden(s). Everything was as described, kids enjoyed “playing” in the gardens very much. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful woodlands at walking distance, great for walking the dogs. Friendly people in the small (quiet) town. We can highly recommend the 9 holes golf course nearby. All in all enjoyed our stay, Sarah and here family were very welcoming. Recommend to go here for a relaxing and nice holiday.

We stayed at Patrick and Agnes's place with friends and kids. We are into wine tasting, good food, local culture and sports. Everything was perfectly doable at theirs, th running was amazing in the surrounding nature, the kids had a blast in the pool and Patrick and Agnes were just wonderful and even invited us for an apero. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay in this very cozy house, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is warm and you immediately feel at home. A big thank you to Stéphane, always available and attentive. A place we recommend without a second thought.

We had an unforgettable stay as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, set in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was fantastic – a real highlight for all of us. Communication with our host was quick and friendly throughout. One of the standout experiences was the wonderful champagne tasting organised by Vincent – personal, informative, and so enjoyable. The fact that the whole house is on one floor made it perfectly accessible for my disabled father, which we truly appreciated. We would love to come back someday!

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been great. We hope to come back sometime.

Very good stay with friends in Magali's house, everything is available for cooking, with the beautiful garden and pool which are a little despite the not so good weather. The house is large and the rooms comfortable. Located close to the city of Troyes for sightseeing.

Jonathan’s place is an ideal base to explore Troyes. It’s in a quiet Suberin but easily walkable into the beautiful, historic old town with its many bars and restaurants. Also, it’s easy to make a short walk and catch a bus into town from Cassin or Y School. The fabulous Lac d’Orient and its forest trails are within a half hour drive. Thoroughly recommend this accomodation.

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

Very good stay in Chappes The river is a 10-minute walk from the house Troyes 20 min away, as is the Lac de la Forêt d'Orient Enough to make you want to go back by bike

A modernly decorated house located a 40 minute walk from the nearest village with restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. The house is located next to a road so there is some traffic noise. Small garden which was great for our dog. No aircon in the house, but there is a fan. Easy check in and check out instructions.
