Api'Zen: quiet independent house

Relax in this 65m2 old hay barn having previoulsly belonged to my grandfather. Ideally located for hiking in the heart of the Vosges Massif in a little quiet valley, 35 minutes from the Wine Route, 1 hour from Strasbourg and 30 minutes from Gérardmer. During your stay, you can discover beekeeping and relax while listening to the sound of the bees thanks to the unique Sophrobee concept. This house is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility on the ground floor.

We offer you our cottage in the heart of a green setting surrounded by our animals. A private 7-seater hot tub and a private sauna are available for unlimited use (for a fee starting from €30/stay, regardless of the number of people) The garden has a playground + zip line + swimming pool. There is an inflatable structure in a separate part of the garden There are bike paths around the cottage, and we can lend you electric bikes + a child seat free of charge

The Moulin de Saareck, a stone's throw from Alsace and Lorraine des Etangs, offers you an isolated place on the banks of the Saar, a renovated miller's villa with all comforts – (up to 14 adults and a baby) and a small paradise for children (waterfall, islands etc...). Excursions to Rhodes Animal Park, the very picturesque village of La Petite Pierre, the top of Donon, the troglodyte houses of Graufthal etc... Gourmet restaurants very accessible nearby.

Unusual and ecological cabin located in the heart of the Vosges mountains. Immersion in nature: view of the valley, flow of the stream below. Many walks and waterfalls nearby, departure on foot from the cabin. We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.

I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.
