A private 7-seater hot tub and a private sauna are available for unlimited use (for a fee starting from €30/stay, regardless of the number of people) The garden has a playground + zip line + swimming pool. There is an inflatable structure in a separate part of the garden There are bike paths around the cottage, and we can lend you electric bikes + a child seat free of charge

Our gite has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a private garden and terrace and shops are nearby.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
