Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Feels like home

This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Kronenstübchen holiday apartment

Welcome to the Kronstübchen, your cozy apartment in a central location of Ludwigslust. The apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building, is on the ground floor and is at ground level – ideal for a comfortable stay without stairs. A comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) ensures relaxing nights. In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.
