Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg city.

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Forget everyday life in this quiet space in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve. The half-timbered house is located on our 6,500 sqm property on the outskirts of Sumte. It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
