Welcome to my apartment in Landau. Ideally located within walking distance to the pedestrian zone. Perfect for couples, groups of friends or small families It can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms (1 bed with 1.80 m | 1 bed with 1.40 m). The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a washing machine, which may be used. A parking space in the courtyard is part of the apartment. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket and a bakery.

Two-room apartment (55sqm) with balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen offers all the kitchen utensils you need. We provide linen, towels shampoo. The wifi and parking are free for you. Only 2 minutes walk to the tram stop. Line 5 takes you to the center of Heidelberg in 6 ~ 10 minutes. Children are always welcome in our house. Supermarket is very close with few minutes walk, just opposite is BIO supermarket, REWE and Asia grocery store.

Approximately 500 m on foot from the apartment, there is a Kneipp facility where you can relax your feet after long walks.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (up to 5 people) on the covered terrace for exclusive and private use. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in the winter months.
