A parking space in the courtyard belongs to the apartment. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket and bakery.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen.
