Holiday rentals with a patio in Lucena City

I never regret that we stayed at june’s place during the pahiyas festival. It is walking distance to the town plaza plus we had a parking space. Super good location and value for money. It seems like we stayed on a condo even though it is only their roof top. We stayed before with my family that’s why we came back. Perfect stay in lucban area. June is so accommodating. Owner: nice and responsive. when we asked him to change ‘yung beddings kasi parang narumihan, mabilis din itong napalitan ng staff. Place: Expect a loud noise since tabi ng highway. Kung ano ang nasa photos posted, that’s also what you will see sa actual. Location: Super lapit sa Bus Station, Sm San Pablo, Jollibee, Grocery Store, 7/11, Chowking, Burger King, etc. WiFi: Good connection.

It was a good place to stay. It is clean and the owners are very responsive. It was my second time and definitely I will go back here again.

Carla’s unit is stunning - looks even better than the photos. The place was spotless when we arrived and the entire place, including the cabinets smelled amazing. I didn’t realize how much a good smelling AirBnb could impact our stay but it def made us feel relaxed and at home. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful. Even brought us water the next day because we ran out of it. Only con about this unit: Seafront (the residential area where the unit is located within) is strict about swimming on the beach. If there’s a hint of danger, they’ll close it down. We stayed for 3 days and weren’t allowed to swim in the sea the entire stay. It was kind of frustrating because we stayed here for easy access to the beach 😅 This was NOT the host’s fault though, she was a great host in every aspect. We appreciated the free snacks and the honesty store too in the unit 🫶🏻

Lei's place was perfect for our family, including my senior parents. Its walking distance to the church, restaurants and tsinelas shopping. The place is new and very complete in amenities. We loved the super clean and nice smelling linen, pillows and towels.

The place was better than expected. It is well equipped to accomodate our needs. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The area was very peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible and close to the main road. A small suggestion, if its possible to have netflix or a small karaoke. Overall, we definitely recommend the place and will probably stay here again should we come back to eLBi.

This is our second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The host is easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, looks exactly as advertised, and is very accessible to UPLB campus and restaurants. They even give free snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we return. :)

The place is very accessible. Its near stores and restaurants which are open 24 hours. We arrived late at night and the host is kind enough to wait for us. A great place for a stopover when driving long distance to Quezon province.

We were late for the check in but the owner still accommodated us and was responsive to all of our questions. The place is clean and quiet so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is incredibly beautiful and very private. My team enjoyed the whole stay here. Their caretaker is very responsive and helpful to us. We also enjoyed the pool. It's very clean. We also enjoyed their court where my team played games. We also love their karaoke spot. Also, they provide utensils and kitchen tools so it's not hard for us to bring stuffs since it is already provided. Highly recommended.

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.

Our staycation at LaVeranda was an excellent experience for our team outing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will highly recommend it. Thank you!
