My unit is located in a mid-range residential condominium in Boni Mandaluyong/Pioneer Edsa- the center of all CBDs (makati, taguig and ortigas) and highly accessible to all key cities in Metro Manila. Highly accessible to shopping malls and public transport. The community is highly maintained. The unit is fresh and rarely used by the owner.

Her place is nice, quiet, minimalist and everything you might need is there. It's great for family as well. Her place have internet, cable, youtube and netflix on TV and you can also insert flashdrive on TV to watch movies. My kids enjoyed the box garden beside her unit. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playground. Also, The Pebble book reading area is so peaceful and relaxing. The Pebble and swimming pool beside it is outstanding. Swimming pool at 53rd floor is great but super cold, the view from there is good. Riverwalk cafe is super nice and good for family bonding. It offers board game that you can play and enjoy before and after eating. Wish there will be near ATM in the building. All in all, definitely her place deserves 5 stars rating.”
