Highly recommended! J&J lives up to its motto, "your home away from home". It's also government budget-friendly. Already put it in my auto-list for whenever we need a place to stay in Lucena. Spreading the word too!

Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ani Villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — they thoughtfully provided pool towels, bath towels, and slippers, which made our stay even more convenient. Upon arrival, everything was beautifully prepared and polished, and they even went the extra mile by leaving complimentary donuts for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was very accommodating and assisted us throughout, making our stay even more enjoyable. If I may suggest, it would be even better to add a CR (bathroom) in the shared bedroom area. Currently, there is one CR in the common living area and another in the master’s bedroom. A third CR would make the setup even more convenient, especially for larger groups. The air-conditioning units were a bit warm at times, but overall, it did not significantly affect our experience. I would gladly rate our stay an 8/10, and would definitely recommend Ani Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway

Beautiful transient home which provides a "hotel feel" accommodation. The entire house is clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable . Everything you need is provided from bedrooms, rest rooms, common social area and the kitchen. My husband and I and our 4 children had a great Christmas stay in this warm and loving space. The host is beyond the caliber of being a superhost. She is warmth and caring. She lovingly attended to all our needs and concerns with prompt. The location is also superb with easy and close access to SM, S&R, church and numerous dining options.

I really liked the unit—it was very clean, beautifully designed, and smelled great. It felt warm and comfortable, just like home. The couch was especially relaxing to sit on. Jim was an excellent and responsive host, and the place looked exactly like the photos. I also loved the minimalist design; it made the space feel open and peaceful. I would definitely book it again without hesitation. 💌✨
