Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lucca

Really hospitable and very friendly. Such a homely place and very scenic.

Clean and fairly welcoming accommodation. Comfortable bed, quiet room, you can rest well. Host available, check in and check out in total autonomy. Nearby, there are bars and bakeries where you can have an excellent breakfast. In the house, we found some biscuits and coffee for breakfast. Central location, convenient from the station, but beware of the distances... unfortunately, there are 2 km of straight road along a tree-lined avenue to the sea, so rent a vehicle, whether it's a scooter, bike or car, because it's really challenging on foot.

Great place close to the beach, restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need. Nicola was a great host, accepted our stay last minute and was very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay

The listing was meticulously renovated, very comfortable, and very clean. It's really nice to have parking inside. The pool is great, and the view from the terrace is very nice. We were very satisfied with everything, I recommend this place to everyone.

Great place with self check-in, heating, and 10-15 minute walk to both the train station and the Carnival area. Host was quick to respond and helped with all of our questions promptly. We had dinner at Branzo and Osteria del Pesce and both were phenomenal. Thank you!

The apartment was impeccable, exceptional cleanliness. Very well-stocked kitchen (which is rare in many rentals) and a priceless terrace.

Nice and peaceful place if you’re looking for a Tuscany experience. Owner Francesco was a great host. Breakfast service available for a fee. I would definitely recommend this place for your next family adventure.

Wonderful place in bucolic decor

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

We highly recommend the place. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable. The dishwasher didn't work properly. But that wasn't too bad for us.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The house is located down a hill and is right next to a little river, which in our case was filled enough with water to swim and cool down from the lovely hot weather. We were 8 people in total and still even had a room free at the end. The vesinity was outstanding, surrounded by nature and very cosy. Desiree (the host) was also very helpful with everything and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back! Absolute Gem if you want a detox from modern busy life.

We were 3 families staying at the villa , it was very spacious and gave us our own space , the garden was a great size for the children to run around in . Our host Mel was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with responding to queries and questions.

What a wonderful place! The view is amazing and it is very quiet. There are a number of apartments on the complex. The apartment is not the newest, but everything is clean and present. Definitely recommended!

We had a great time in this home. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool is very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. It may be missing some kitchen amenities like a kettle or dishwasher. Special mention for the owner who was adorable and always attentive. It's a very beautiful place.

A beautiful villa with lovely and airy views towards Massarosa, Viareggio and the sea. The photos show the house well, but it's only when you get to The Gargoyles that you really sense the size of the house. Very high under the roof, good rooms and lovely pool. Not much beats standing in the outdoor shower looking out over Massarosa. The outdoor area is very nice, but there will quickly be some sand in the house and in the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Both billiards and table tennis a plus. Bathroom for all bedrooms is convenient. We were two families who were here for over a week. The house is located perfectly for seeing a lot of this area. 20 minutes to Lucca, 25 to Pisa, 12 minutes to Viareggio with good eateries and lovely beach. Forte Dei Marmi, 1.5 hours to Florence and possibility of boat or train to Cinque Terre. A great starting point to experience a lot of Tuscany or just relax in this great house. Would love to go back here!

Everything was very clean and looked like in the pictures. Alessandra and her husband were very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for activities.
