An amazing villa with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A great location to explore everything Tuscany has to offer. And the large swimming pool is an amazing place to spend some time to relax with complete privacy. On top of that, Carlo is extremely friendly and always quick to answer any questions or give advice. Also it is really nice to see him take care of all the animals at the property. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again sometime.

We were hosted very well by Silvana. The listing is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great location for visiting Tuscany (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Siena...). The pool is a real asset in this heat, we were able to enjoy it every day.

I had the pleasure of staying on the second floor of this villa just outside Lucca and I can only recommend it. The hosts were incredibly kind and patient, welcoming me despite my late arrival and always proving available to check that everything was to my liking. The spacious and bright master bedroom came with a large balcony. The bathroom, also spacious, was perfectly equipped with shampoo and other useful products. The attention to detail and the attention of the hosts made the stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this house to those looking for tranquility and comfort near Lucca!

Accommodation unfortunately a little far from the city center to walk there. Nice little pool after a day of discovering the region. Nice garden well maintained. Matteo and his parents were very pleasant and friendly. Good tips for visiting the region and for restaurants. The small house is separate from the main residence and therefore very private. Only small negative point, the proximity to the highway and the noise (moderate) outside without any consequences inside the house. In short, a great stay at Matteo.

Authentic accomodation in a beautiful location and pool in Tuscany. Only 40 min drive to Florence. Had a great stay here.

We have had an amazing stay in Silvia & Fabios apartment. We loved the Italian charm of the house, the serenity on the outside terrace, as well as the authentic neighbourhood that the house was in. The house was really clean, and the bathroom was nicely renovated. The check in went really smooth, as we received the instructions beforehand. There was also free parking very close to the apartment (less than a minute away). Fabio also provided us with really good recommendations for activities in the area (this way, we ended up with some amazing restaurants and a day trip to the charming city of Pentremoli, which we normally wouldn't have found). Last, but not least, the house also came with a lot of kind gestures and small details: some bathroom amenities, a bottle of wine and a snack, some ingredients to start our breakfast with, and overall a really nice personal service! We fully recommend this place if you're seeking a place to stay in the area!

My partner, me and our three and a half year old stayed two nights at Cavallo Enquiso, in a simple but cozy apartment, surrounded by a beautiful countryside and the imposing views of the Apuan. The horses in the structure and her first ride under Elisa's guidance, made this stay unforgettable for the little one. Wide possibility of hiking nearby and with short trips by car. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, bathroom comfortable enough and spacious bedroom; everything matches the description. We had a good time and will probably be back in the future weekend.

I very much enjoyed staying at Cristina's place. It's a little out of the tourist path but still very close to major attractions and I walked everywhere. The apartment was just as described, no surprises. The mattress is super comfortable which made a huge difference after long days of walking. Checking the map and reading other reviews I knew that there is was a restaurant and a bar downstairs, so I brought earplugs. The noise was not excessive, just a din of conversation and laughter, nothing too rowdy, but the earplugs definitely helped! Overall, I'm happy with my stay and would definitely stay again at Cristina's!

We had an all-round perfect time with Tamara and Roger. A beautiful place to relax in the midst of nature surrounded by olive trees has been created here. Our apartment was clean, well equipped and stylishly furnished. On your own terrace, you can enjoy your food, a glass of wine and the view (including sunset). The grounds are spacious, with many beautiful seating options and a great pool. There is also a small fitness room. Tamara took care of the property, the animals and the guests with a lot of love and dedication. We got some great tips from her. Unfortunately, our 3-night stay was far too short. We will definitely come back and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Tamara, for this great experience! 🥰

We stayed with Shara for a short stay and immediately felt comfortable. We were able to check in flexibly, Shara welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything in detail despite our late arrival. Even the fridge in the separate kitchen cart was perfectly filled for breakfast. Shara had many helpful tips for the area and took good care of us. We could enjoy the stay very much and would come back any time. Thanks Shara!

Clean and tidy accommodation, super friendly host and available. Nearby restaurants and supermarket, nearby bus stops, and tram stops.

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

The Vitaverde property has everything we need to quickly relax and feel comfortable: quiet surroundings, great nature (hopefully it will continue to be so) and landscape, it also smells so good there, 😊 the view of the sea ... Many excursion destinations are easily accessible: Pisa, Florence, the sea, ... great bike tours are possible here and there are totally sweet restaurants. Tamara and Roger are really nice and helpful. Nice to meet them.

Really nice and clean house, on a hill, very quiet area... Impeccable hospitality. Wide, bright spaces. We enjoyed the layout on one floor without stairs and appreciated the well-maintained pool. For us this last-minute reservation was a pleasant surprise. To repeat!

We had a wonderful week! We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and super-equipped apartment. With the fantastic panorama over the hills of Tuscany, a view to the sea and to Pisa, we were able to relax superbly. Tamara gave us good tips and recommendations for nearby excursions. We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. A pleasant accommodation to discover the Cinque Terre while relaxing on the terrace, in the garden, and even enjoy the pool. Great for letting kids have fun safely:-) Thank you for the loan of bikes to go to Sarzana even faster than on foot, ideal location for lovers of culture and walking in a beautiful environment, with public transport within walking distance and well informed by our hosts. Anyway… we would have stayedfor a few more days!

We were very kindly received by Paolo. Communication was excellent. If you want to switch off and escape the hustle and bustle, you are in the best of hands here.

Stayed in a four-bed room with two girls. Spacious and comfortable double bedroom. Living room/kitchen a little cramped with sofa bed open but livable stay. Bathroom ok. Kitchen provided. Beautiful outdoor space with private veranda. Large green space around and a very welcome swimming pool. A place we would absolutely love to return to.

Vanessa and her family are adorable and very welcoming . They also offer good advice to guide us in our visits. The Tuscany countryside is beautiful. There is everything in San Donato: restaurant, supermarket, butcher, cafe...within walking distance of the house. Siene , Florence and San Guimignano are not far away. The garden and swimming pool are very nice especially with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 16. Anyway, it was very good. 😀

The room looks like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly and the landlady responded quickly. Everything was clean and furnished with attention to detail. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet and beautiful. Although we were relatively late, we were still able to eat something in the restaurant opposite. This is also highly recommended. We will be happy to come back :)
