The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.

The Hut – Stone House

La Capanna is an 18th-century stone structure renovated and furnished entirely by the owner, a skilled carpenter who produced all the furniture inside the house. The property represents the beauty of ancient Tuscan ruins, enriched with antique agricultural tools and fully restored furniture.
