The house is beautiful, large, bright and has everything you need to spend a rest stay. And if you go with children, there is a space with a table, chair, bookshelf, games, activities, pencils etc. My son used them a lot, he was very comfortable in the house. The house is as seen in the photos, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It's very easy to get to. It has good accesses and check-in is very easy. Communication with Johannes was very good, he always responded quickly and very kindly. The only detail was the smell of drain that sometimes came from outside the house and felt in some sectors of the house. Everything else is fine, recommended for a group weekend

I went alone and the condominium seemed safe, the surroundings were super quiet although the streets were super dark, however the condominium was so comfortable that it was nice to stay there, it had a descent to the beach, resting places with very nice views and the apartment had a very good view (I recommend sunsets on clear days) the signal/wifi was the only thing that in my case did not work very well, so I would be cautious in terms of teleworking. Everything else was excellent, very good service and fast. Very good! 🤗
