Although access by stairs is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility, on the day when the tide goes down the path through the sand leads directly to the cove of Horcon, the cabin is very comfortable, it has everything you need, maybe only a television would be missing for the cold and rainy days. Everything else worked ok, we will definitely come back 😊

the accommodation is excellent, the location is ideal for walking and disconnecting for a moment, the beach is ideal for walking and touring with the family. the only negative was that when we arrived there was a slight but noticeable dog smell in the apartment, outside of that everything very well equipped the grill, the beds, the bathrooms, everything excellent the only thing I would add is in the kitchen, since it only has one pot. but outside of that nothing more to enjoy without problems problems.

The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, availability of blankets and extra blankets. Loza, utensils and appliances, everything you need. It is as shown in the photographs. It is well decorated and cared for.

The house looks all redone on the inside and is in a beautiful spot right on the ocean. Claudio showed us around the place and was very friendly. We loved staying there and would like to have stayed longer but unfortunately the space was already booked. I highly recommend spending at least one night here. We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

The house is beautiful, large, bright and has everything you need to spend a rest stay. And if you go with children, there is a space with a table, chair, bookshelf, games, activities, pencils etc. My son used them a lot, he was very comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and nice. I recommend it 100%

House located inside the condominium, quite private with a clear view of the beach and the sea (as shown in the photos). It is easy to get to and close to Pichidangui and the Vilos.
