Just spectacular house!! large, spacious, very clean, nice patio, very quiet place to go just to enjoy!! The house is as shown in the photos and as described. Very clean linens and towels, which is always appreciated. Roberto is very flexible with the departure times which is also very convenient. The beaches are a 5 min drive away. We will definitely be back here!

We were very happy with the accommodation, full equipped, amenities and wonderful spaces to share as a family. We felt calm for the safety of being in the condominium and the security that I watched at night. We took advantage of the grill and pool. Very grateful to have rested in your house this long

The house looks all redone on the inside and is in a beautiful spot right on the ocean. Claudio showed us around the place and was very friendly. We loved staying there and would like to have stayed longer but unfortunately the space was already booked. I highly recommend spending at least one night here. Thank you Claudio, we will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Chile.

Linda casa has everything you need to be very comfortable. We felt like in a quiet place, it was a few days but we had a great time!! we hope to return.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

A little bit off but very quiet and private. Even though airbnb saidnit would come with towels and bed sheets, it was without it, after we called, they brought everything. So, probably it is good if you ask in advance if these things are already there to make sure they are there.

We were two couples with two dogs. The house is comfortable, has everything you need and is easy to heat thanks to the salamander and electric stoves. It has a barbecue grill. Perfect for going with pets, as the yard is spacious and well enclosed.

Claudia responds very quickly and is kind, the place was well equipped, it is comfortable, the parking is super close, the beach is also quiet and the view is b e a u t i f u l, it is definitely the hallmark of this accommodation. We would improve the cleanliness a little, but apart from that, we would come back👌.

A truly wonderful stay, super safe indoors, super quiet the local area, with its surrounding markets, super close to the beach walking. Easy to locate on the way to downtown, nothing to say, it was spectacular. We will be back! 😊

I greatly appreciate the support you gave me with my daughter, who became ill on the last night and allowed me to delay my departure time, immediately when I told you. Excellent host... Everything was impeccable, an excellent place, a quiet neighborhood near the waterfront, the host and his assistant were very attentive with the delivery of the keys and the flexibility in the check out, a cozy house, ideal for a weekend with friends.

Excellent stay. The location is great, next door there are restaurants and warehouses. The fully-equipped depto. Jenney very clear at the time of giving directions and let us go later I recommend it 100%.

Two-story cabin with ample space and 100% equipped with the necessary (includes drinking water) to spend quiet days. You just have to bring sheets and towels.

Everything is very good with the accommodation, it is close to everything, you do not need to take the car to tour or go shopping.

Marcela was always attentive, proactive and clear with the instructions, it was very easy to get to and from. The house had what you need to spend a few comfortable days, the internet works very well, I recommend keeping daily for the woods since it is cold at night (late April). The place is safe and closed, my puppy was able to walk loose with no worries. The location is good, by car everything is at prudent distances. 10/10

Very good rental!! The owner was very attentive and responded very quickly. He even let us arrive a little earlier and leave later. She left us sheets, towels and water drums. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything. The surroundings are very cute, very quiet. Very nice view. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and supermarkets. The only thing is that there is a room that has a trundle bed that is very small, you can't open the door if the bed is open, and the mattresses are quite old. And the bathrooms are a bit old and have pressure problems.

The cabin is nice and beautiful surroundings. It was also a perfect place to attend a wedding in Punta Los Lunes.
