We bought this apartment because we fell in love with the view and the beauty of the condominium. We completely remodeled it and it was very cozy. Our guests can enjoy the sunset on the terrace and the sunrise listening to the sea. The condominium has four swimming pools and one of them is heated. You can enjoy the barbecue, the tennis court and go down the elevator directly to the beach. It is designed only for couples and we are sure you will enjoy a spectacular stay.

You will love my place because of the wonderful view over Valparaíso Bay and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old house of Cerro Alegre, totally renovated and the location is perfect,close to sights, such as art and culture, amazing views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My place is good for couples, adventurers, and business travelers.It's a very intimate place, special for lovers.

From this 2 person accommodation located in the spa of Maitencillo you can walk to the craft fair, restaurants, it has direct beach access. There are several shopping venues nearby and the Tottus supermarket. You can enter the beach, it does not have parking but you can leave your vehicle parked on the main street. There is a TV but no cable, you can use it as a monitor with your computer. We don't have wifi either. We do not provide shower towels.
