The photos don't do justice to the wonderful place it is, simply charming. A perfect place to disconnect. As a recommendation, you should stay more than one night, as one is not enough to take advantage of the place.

The place is just beautiful. That, added to excellent service from Bernardita, who was always concerned that we were enjoying ourselves, and an exquisite loft, made our stay a memorable experience. We came with my partner and our dog, and we had an amazing time. Finally, we should mention that we came in a car without traction and we had no problem accessing the loft. Although the road is not paved, and it has a couple of cracks, it is not essential to come in 4x4 (or 4x2) It is very likely that we will return, thank you for everything!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Simply sensational! Américo is super helpful, the building staff as well as the doorman are very friendly, helpful! They served us super well! The apartment is excellent, clean, organized! The view then is not even mentioned! Very close to the subway, cafes, restaurants! We walked for a short time and we were already at Costanera! Excellent accommodation!

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Very modern and well equipped apartment. On Providencia you can find every kind of shop or restaurant, and on the other side you have a beautiful you have a beautiful riverside park with a sculpture garden and views of impressive mountains.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to the Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but it is only possible to see when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had some very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold, since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony, which provided remarkable warmth, apart from the security in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time of year, so we'll definitely be back

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Excellent apartment: all functional, great shower, kitchen with all necessary items, super comfortable bed, sofa idem…the neighborhood is charming, full of restaurants and interesting places, nice to walk around, we loved the stay! Christian and Laura are always quick to respond and help!! I would definitely recommend it to everyone on the platform and when I return to Santiago, I would stay again!!
