Wonderful apartment!! A beautiful view. It has an excellent location. Everything is close. The internet worked quickly. Gerardo is very friendly and always answered our questions. We had a spectacular few days! 100% recommended!

We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in touch with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and cot if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). We would definitely come back!

The place is much better than the photos. It is centrally located and changeable to the square It's small for one person, it's great, very cozy, well organized and quiet. I went with my 2 dogs, a pet-friendly place, outstanding in that aspect They don't have wifi, but my internet worked perfectly, and also close to good restaurants and everyone shares their internet. 🛜 Highly recommended

Everything was excellent. Very good location, very safe area and building. The apartment is super practical. The cool desk for my son who had to keep online classes. It has a hairdryer. Nearby subway stations and supermarket. We hope to return soon! Thank you ☺️

Our stay was excellent! We had to shorten our trip by a day, since one of us was suffering from altitude sickness. Jaime accommodated the reservation change and refunded the day even though it is normally not refundable. We also reserved the hot tub and sauna last minute multiple times, and Jaime was able to accommodate that too! The location is truly ski in ski out.

The experience at the accommodation was spectacular. Karen very kindly responded to my needs both at check-in and check-out. I even coordinated the change of the water heater in just the right time to make my stay the best. And so it was! The apartment is comfortable and well located. Close to everything

Charming apartment (it is in a high place), spacious, tidy, comfortable, with an excellent view of the sea. Mobility is good and if you like to walk you can go to shopping centers and the beach. Recommended

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Excellent host, the apartment met all my expectations and more, clear instructions. I can say that the environment is quiet, and easy to access (only if you order food on Uber, look carefully at the address, since I was guided by the location and it coincided with the other building😅😅). Claudia is very friendly and understanding, willing to discuss any questions you may have, flexible with check-in and check-out times, I discussed it with her beforehand. I would totally come back.
