In our renovated garage, you will feel like you are in a tiny house with every comfort. The spacious kitchen has various appliances. On the ground floor, there is a lovely sofa bed. Read the description carefully: On the loft, there is a double bed (140×200). Please note! The loft is very low and not suitable for less mobile people! For 1 to 3/4 people (2 adults, 2 children), 4 adults it is too small for, but is possible if you know each other well. Downstairs 17 m2, loft 9 m2. Small but nice 💐

💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.

As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Beautiful Airbnb in a rural area in the Veluwe. This lovely private cottage is located next to the owner's house. So you have the kingdom to yourself. There is space for two adults in a bedroom overlooking the forest. Relax by the fireplace, listen to the birds and the rustling trees. The bookcase is full of books and games. In the picturesque Voorthuizen, there is much to do, so besides tranquility there is plenty of entertainment to find in the area.

Central located apartment - groundfloor & airco

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Here peace, luxury and nature come together. Enjoy the lake with your own boat. Amsterdam and Utrecht are about 20 minutes away by car or Uber. Young male groups and parties are not allowed.

No additional costs for cleaning, bed linen, towels, etc. Spacious studio with fully equipped kitchen. Double king size electric box spring (not yet in photo), bunk bed and spacious sofa to rest on after your trip or to sleep on. 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Schiphol 30 minutes. 55 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, TED TV, etc. (not yet in the photos.)

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible.
