Waterfront holiday rentals in Loosdrecht

Staying in the yard cellar for a long weekend is recommended. Beautiful yard cellar, location close to the centre and yet quiet. The pothuys is also recommended for live music. Waving from your own rented boat or waving to the other canal boats, both are wonderful.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, right on the canal with a nice view. Purmerend is a very nice little town with beautiful parks. If you are coming for Amsterdam it is a little inconvenient to get into the city, but still manageable. If you are coming for purmerend I couldn’t imagine a better place for the price. Sandra was very helpful and a great host as well.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

We loved our stay in this character-filled historic house. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and felt private, even though it’s a shared building. The location is excellent and we savored the view of the canal from the big windows. The bed and linens are comfy, crisp and clean, and there were plenty of towels. We even enjoyed hearing a bit of Evert and his students’ violin-playing. (Seriously, I don’t really like violins but the playing was expert and lovely.) Memorable stay!!

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

The apartment was lovely and cozy, with plenty of useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was clean and well-maintained, though the bedsheets could use a refresh. The beds are very soft (something to keep in mind depending on your preference). Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). The perfect pad for two in a really beautiful part of Amsterdam - central and easy to walk to everything but quiet at night and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Mati was great and really easy to get hold of, ask questions etc. I would highly recommend this stay.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was the same as in the photos – very clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the view of the water, which really made the stay special. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and we felt welcome from the beginning. Small extras such as a welcome greeting and local tips were also a nice surprise. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

A sweet little house with a panoramic view of the garden in a quiet location in an idyllic place. I found the location perfect...short walk to the bus stop, very good bus connections to Amsterdam and the surrounding area and yet quiet and relaxing after a busy day in Amsterdam. We felt very comfortable...

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, and we really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. It was a very relaxing and special time – we’d love to come back again!

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Morningstar is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location could not be better. It is right across the canal from The Ann Frank house. There are many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts have thought of everything. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We'd love to come back again 😍
