Cosy room with a comfortable double bed. Tea and coffee facilities and stylishly decorated with paintings and a 1960’s Formica table lend a Bohemian feel to the room. Five minutes walk to Kent House or Clock House Stations and even closer to Beckenham Road Tram station you will be located for easily accessing Central London and only twenty minutes by train to Victoria Station. There is off-road parking for two vehicles at the front of the house. There is access to a small rear garden and patio.

Arty, stylish and with no attention to detail spared - this super cool and inspiring house has a brilliant London location (gets five stars from our guests) and yet feels like a quiet, spacious and calm place to retreat to. The house has been featured in two design/interior magazines and is also available as a shoot location. We love helping our guests so please just ask. Our family home is in a quiet leafy part of London with good access to central London. Tooting Bec underground station is a 15 minute walk or 3 short hops on the bus (249 or 319) Travel from the station to London (Oxford Circus/Leicester Square) is approx 15-20 minutes. There is also a bus (319) from the house direct to Sloane Square/King’s Road (close to Harrods/Victoria Station). We are approx 50 minutes from Gatwick and 1.5 hours Heathrow airport (public transport). One hour by taxi.

When you book the room you must specify the exact number of guests and please provide me a photo of you for a recognition on arrival. Breakfast facilities are available in the room. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. A nice clean bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, with a wardrobe, TV cabinet , 2 bedsize tables, chair, a mirror, a desk and a small fridge, shared bathroom. Minumum stay 2 nights. Check in from 2pm to 9pm - NO LATER . Check out by 10.00am. I am in ULTRA LOW EMMISION ZONE.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee!
