Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Locarno District

The apartment is well furnished and spacious and the views are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with coffee, oils and some spices. Everything was clean. Daniel responded quickly to messages and was flexing with amendments to the booking. All in all a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

The house is beautiful and you immediately feel at home. It has a wonderful size and was more than sufficient for the four of us. We very much liked that spices, salt/pepper, oil, and tea were available. This is often not the case.

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A very lovely home and Enrico is a consummate host. Pictures don’t do this cozy spot justice. We really enjoyed our time here. The old wood stove offers a delightful aroma that fills the whole place and the village feels like stepping back in time. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Our host helped us test the wifi speed in advance for our remote work trip and graciously left us a bottle of wine. The stairs are steep and not kid-friendly. We found them a bit tricky and you do have to traverse them like ladders to use the toilet. While reading reviews, we noticed comments about black mould in the shower and do encourage the host to take care of this. It doesn’t appear to be anything that some bleach and elbow grease can’t fix and there is a window in the shower, so it is well ventilation. We also note that the mattress upstairs is nice and firm, but sags in the middle, which was fine for our length of stay. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back again soon!

Very nice place, perfect for a bouldering trip, the host even rented out crash pads for our group when we needed more.

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation is perfect for 4 people, especially because of the 2 bathrooms, the view is unbeatable, we'd like to come back.

Great apartment for a weekend in Ascona. There were four of us (two couples friends) and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is sensational, in the middle of the old town, and also that there is a parking space is great. Communication with Alex was very good, he always responded quickly, gives tips for the area and is flexible with check-in/ check-out. Highly recommend!

We felt comfortable in Nino's apartment from the 1st second. The view from the balcony and also from the dining table is breathtaking. The apartment/kitchen is small but equipped with everything you could need. There was also a basic supply of coffee, salt, oil etc. in the kitchen which we appreciated very much. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood very quiet. It is a good 15-minute (steep) walk to the Bähndli to Lugano - with a child not always quite convenient depending on it. The bus stop and also a small, well-equipped shop are about a 10-minute walk away. We would recommend the place to anyone.

spontaneously requested the day before for 4 nights, quick response from host. Easy check-in from 5 PM, pleasant apartment, good size, has everything you need, great views, good covered parking, easy communication, great recommendations for the area. We will be back :)

A real Bijou with breathtaking views! The location is perfect: quiet yet central. In a few minutes you can walk to the lake, restaurants and shopping. By car, you can quickly reach the center of Locarno. Liliane and Rolf are wonderful hosts – extremely hospitable and always quickly accessible. We spent over two weeks here, both for vacation and home office, and felt completely comfortable. We'd love to come back anytime!

This place is really wonderful. The location is great, you are quickly in the city center or on the lake. Shops are within walking distance. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. Everything was available and sparkling clean. Marco was very friendly especially to our 4 year old son. The only challenge was the creaking floorboards (especially if you want to sneak out of the room after sleeping companion;)). The apartment is also very audible. The beds and pillows/blankets were very convenient and delicious

I highly recommend Andrea's place. The studio is furnished with love, maintained with a lot of commitment and you will find everything you need. A welcome gift, fresh flowers, a package of spaghetti with sauce... and other little touches that round off the stay. Andrea is very open, sympathetic and a passionate host. Thank you! Small, cute apartment in a perfect location. You can walk within a few seconds directly on the promenade with many restaurants. Flexible, self-catering check-in & everything very straightforward. We will be very happy to return.

Had a wonderful stay in Carole’s apartment. Really clear check in instructions, fantastic communication throughout and a great location. Amazing view of the lake. She provided a cot for our daughter and the apartment had all the amenities you needed including a coffee machine, and basic cooking items like oil and salt. We’d stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at Antonio's apartment very much. The apartment is not super modern, but fully equipped, generously cut and everything works.

we enjoyed the stay with Renzo and his family very much. The apartment is spacious, tiptop furnished and clean. The family runs the AirBnB on its own, with a lot of commitment and warmth. we also appreciated small amenities (bread, conffi, butter, coffee and drinks) upon arrival. Baby bed and high chair were provided for our son. We highly recommend the place to Renzo and his family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mario's. Her place is spotless: clean, comfortable and decorated with taste. Everything is designed to make guests feel at home. Location is great, the views are great! We recommend 100% and will be happy to come back!

Cleto was very friendly and always responded immediately when we had a question. He also picked us up from the bus station by car. With all the meals and luggage up the mountain on foot, it would have been very exhausting - if we had found the right way at all! We were also allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. The place was very nice and spacious and we were allowed to spend a nice Easter weekend there. Thank you, Cleto!
