Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.

Lake Maggiore at Füssen, the valleys and the centers ( Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport, as well as the markets in Italy. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the small studio for one person only.
