Very nice, stylishly furnished apartment, right on the lake (elevated but with access to the lake). Wonderful view of Lake Maggiore from all rooms and of course from the terrace. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Thanks Anita for the nice welcome upon arrival.

We were greeted by a very nice lady and concerned about our well-being, Mike is very responsive in communication, very nice accommodation, the environment is ideal for enjoying the mountain and the river.

The apartment is perfect and Thomas responds super quickly. I recommend it.

We were there with our two children. It was absolutely perfect! Communication with the host was perfect. The view from the huge balcony is incredibly beautiful every time. The apartment is very large. We would have had enough space with a second family. Absolutely unrestricted recommendation and worth every penny! We hope to be back very soon!

Sitting in the sun every morning on the great terrace and drinking my first coffee and looking at Lake Maggiore. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is fantastically located right on the water. In the annex, there is a sensational indoor pool that has recently been completely renovated, we were happy to use this offer. There was enough space for us 4 people in the apartment, but it only has a very narrow bathroom which would be unpleasant for us with an occupancy of 6/7 people. The apartment is recommended. Andrea was always easily accessible and very friendly!

Casa Gioia with the fabulous natural park is a little paradise! We were overwhelmed by the tranquility and beauty of this place. And at the same time, there was so much to do and discover that both the adults and the kids were happy. The kids loved the trampoline and playground, we adults appreciated the terrace, all the greenery and the fantastic views, all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Communication with Katrin was very pleasant and Mite, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and warm. We would come back any time!

The place was great. We enjoyed it very much and were able to relax very well. The view is just great. Highly recommend it.

Leo was a fine host who provided us with great service. The old Ticino house is romantic and the view of the lake from all windows is magnificent. For 8 it is a bit tight, ideal for 6 people. We especially appreciated that you can travel wonderfully by public transport. Ship, bus and train are close by. The small shop nearby offers everything for daily use.

Nathalie has a great place to stay in the Onsernone Valley. The equipped kitchen is a great place to cook, chat, have a glass of wine and enjoy the evening. The room next to the kitchen was an ideal play-room for the kids, while waiting for dinner. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The little shop next door has everything you need and the restaurant in Loco offers good food.

Our week-long stay at the lake was super nice and relaxing. Being able to swim a few laps right after getting up is quite wonderful and a good start to all the other activities that are easily possible from the house. Next time we would definitely want to stay longer.

We stayed 6 days in February/March. Super nice location right on the lake! The small apartment is on the second floor of an old but very nice house. Extremely charming. Floors leave authentic, door and windows as well. We liked that. Perfectly furnished too. It has oven and very good stove. We were warm enough in the apartment because Doris had also preheated a little - thank you - and felt very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing. When the sun is shining, stunning..

We had a wonderful week in this romantic rustico. The kids loved the winding cottage and the stairs and paths in the garden. The stairs to the upper bedroom are really very steep and the door to the lower room very narrow. For sporty people everything is no problem😉. The house has everything it needs, well equipped kitchen, we also loved the fireplace. The outdoor area is unbeatable - we were lucky we had nice weather. Especially the morning vibe with views of the river and mountains was sensational. Thanks a lot!

Small, cute apartment in a perfect location. You can walk within a few seconds directly on the promenade with many restaurants. Flexible, self-catering check-in & everything very straightforward. We will be very happy to return.

The apartment was exactly as described. It is well located, close to the center and the lake. It is good and practical. It has everything you need, even a few coffee pods for the start. Florin has always responded quickly, compptly and helpful. Communication with him has been excellent.

Residenza Vivian was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The view was breath taking overlooking Lake Maggiore. I would definitely stay here again!!

in the 1st bathroom the shower cover partition was not as optimal it is repaired
