Ideal für Naturliebhaber & Romantiker. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Klettern und Baden. Achtung: Wegen Hanglage und steiler Treppen vermieten wir das Haus nur an Familien mit Kindern ab 8 Jahren. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet.

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Das 3.5 Zimmer Appartamento La Rondine liegt an ruhiger Lage ganz nah an der italienischen Grenze. Nur wenige Schritte trennen das Appartamento vom See. Ein eigener Fussweg zum Strand gehört dazu, der nur mit den Bewohnern der daneben gelegenen Wohnung Pettirosso geteilt wird. Alle Zimmer haben einen uneingeschränkten traumhaften Blick auf den See.
