My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. Cimitero bus station is 50 metres from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 sqm) but fine (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
