Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Una grande casa su due piani, ampi spazi, tre camere nel sottotetto, terrazzo al primo piano, giardino e piscina (estate da metà maggio a metà settembre). Qui tutto è a portata di mano: negozi, lago e il famoso “quai” di Ascona con ristoranti che si affacciano sulle Isole di Brissago. L’entrata è in comune con un piccolo due locali; al pian terreno un altro tre locali affittato con airbnb. È una casa che predilige ospiti che amano la tranquillità.

Das Casa Capinera ist ein altes aus dem 1900 Jahrhundert originales Tessinerhaus. Im Verlaufe der Jahre wurde das Haus etwas erweitert und in zwei Parteien umgebaut. Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860
