Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Laid-back seaside cottage

We want to give our guests the opportunity to experience Littlehampton and the amazing and beautiful areas around it. The beach is only a few steps away, with a huge green space along most of the prom, and all the best attractions are within a couple of minutes walk. We recently fully renovated the whole property, using upcycled and recycled materials wherever possible. We're really excited for guests to see it! It's the perfect holiday hub; comfortable, convenient and full of character.

The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Beech Wood Lodge is a lovely, detached, single-storey Lodge, set against a backdrop of ivy & Beech trees. It’s ideal for couples or small families, also dogs are welcome. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.
