The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. A delightful seaside location 250m walk to our sunny Rustington beach. Relax on the beach, swim, wind surf, kayak, paddle board Hike and bike in the South Downs. Come & enjoy :)

The Chapel is a light-filled cottage in the heart of a seaside conservation area. You're just a 3-minute walk to Littlehampton beach, with seaside dining, watersports, tennis, golf, fairground and more. Train station with direct connections to London.
