Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Guest house with amazing views close to nature

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

I vårt före detta generationsboende har vi nu inrett ett avslappnat boende för er som uppskattar att bo i ett eget hus med väl genomtänkta detaljer och genuin, lantlig stämning. Ett ”hide away” för er som vill koppla av och uppleva mellanskånes underbara natur. Ni har tillgång till egen trädgård med uteplats och fin utsikt över åker och äng. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende.

På bästa läge med utsikt över havet och Kiviks fina bebyggelse. Här finns allt du behöver för en vilsam semester. Stort vardagsrum, matsal, tre sovrum, två badrum, gästtoalett samt kök. Närhet till restauranger, strand, fiskaffär samt mataffär. Stort trädäck med matbord och solstolar! En del av huset är helt nyrenoverad med sovrum, badrum och egen utgång till terass. Köket renoveras i februari/mars 2026.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
