Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skater court as well as the possibility to SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 8 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.
