In the Heart of the Island

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

We rent out our charming attic apartment, 52 m². It consists of kitchen/living room/bedroom/bathroom and guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The spacious bathroom with corner bathtub and separate shower invites you to dream. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with lake and mountain views. Nonnenhorn is a lively wine village directly on Lake Constance between Lindau and Friedrichshafen. There are a variety of possibilities for leisure activities.

Apartment with a nice terrace near the lake

My accommodation is located in our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is just a few minutes away. After Wasserburg village there is a beautiful foot/bicycle path. The 1-room apartment has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach café is within easy walking distance.

Enclosed apartment with its own enclosed bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor of our house. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor, my wife and I have our premises. Please note: To access your Airbnb apartment, you will use a shared house entrance with us and our premises will also pass through our premises on the ground floor. If you want to use one of the 2 terraces, you can also reach them through our living room on the ground floor.

With 46 m², the beautiful apartment in the attic of "Villa Otto" offers enough space for up to 4 people: a double bed, a single bed and a couch (extendable) are available for sleeping. The cozy corners for sleeping, reading or eating make this piece of jewelry extra special! Incl.: Two free bicycles, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, bedding, towels... The cosy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. You are living in a very charming residence with blending refined elements of the past with stylish and modern features. The building is situated right in the old town on the island of Lindau. Very calm due to location on the backyard side, museums, market place, churches, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The port and the train station is only at 3 minutes walk.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
