Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Beautiful island apartment on the 2nd floor with large terrace with electric awning and great lake view. Very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. High-quality stereo system from B&O. Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the marina. When passing through the Gerberschanze, you reach the lake in approx. 2 minutes for swimming. Close to many nice cafes and restaurants.
