John was an in incredible host. I extended multiple times and John always made it possible.

We stayed at the music cottage for 20 days. It was relaxing and comfortable. It was a very quiet area and my husband was impressed with the gym on site. Our host was always responsive and very friendly. If you ever need somewhere in Hinesville to stay definitely check out Happy Acres. There is a lot of kittens and cats around the grounds and they are fun to watch play outside with their moms. We would definitely book again if needed. Thanks for having us!

This place was a dream! The pictures don’t do it justice! We have almost a 360° view of the waterway and when I say we saw dolphins less than 50 yards from our patio every single day, I am not exaggerating. It was quiet and peaceful. You can see the sunrise and set from your bed. We will be back for sure and I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Georgia

My husband and I loved our stay! It’s always a bonus when a place is pet-friendly because we love to bring our fur baby with us when we travel. The location is great - right across the street from Clary’s and very walkable to everything in town! The only thing to note, which we figured when we booked, is that the stairs may be tough for some (dogs included). They’re steep and we had to carry our big 65 pound baby down every morning. Not a negative by any means, just something to be aware of! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

It is near a busy road, but we didn't hear it or notice it at night. Street parking was safe, no issues there. The area was well lit with motion lights. Lots of plants and flowers for area beautification. Travel to Savannah and Tybee was easy, save for the normal traffic around the area. There was initially the smell of cleaner/mothballs, that dissipated over time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Amazingly cute space, very close to everything in Savannah! Lots of privacy and everything you could ask for in accommodations! I highly recommend.

Sam's cottage is very quaint and comfortable. He has thought of every detail. He manages storage spaces well and while the cottage is small, it has a feel of a much larger space because of his use of the space. Upon entering the cottage, the feel is homey and inviting. There were welcoming snacks on the counter and cold beverages in the refrigerator. Coffee pot was pre set with a filter and ready for use. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the extra touches like lighted candles in the fireplace and extra electrical outlets near the bed for phone charging cords. I highly recommend this lovely cottage for a relaxing visit to beautiful Savanna.

This place was perfect for my daughter and I to stay in before running the Savannah half marathon. It was close to the start and finish of the race, super cute, clean, and just the right amount of space. Fernando was very responsive to questions and very kind with every correspondence

More than simply being clean with all the amenities described, his place was intentional and mindful. Everything was chosen with care and quality; nothing superfluous. I especially like that he is environmentally conscious, as he offered a water filter pitcher vs. water bottles and had organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner in handy, refillable dispensaries in the shower. Tasteful, quality decorating without clutter. The location is great, close to local cafes and walkable to Forsyth park. Great neighborhood and very cute outside lounge area. Great communication from host. Good experience overall!

Perfect place. Exactly as described, lovely & peaceful. Private courtyard for reading and naps and evening drinks. Walkable—could walk to almost everything in 30 minutes or less. Pet friendly—our dog loved the location & quiet, plus 2 minute walk to dog park/green space. Very thoughtfully outfitted—has everything you could need. Sweet, French inspired, comfy. Highly recommend.

John's space was perfect for us to enjoy the weekend in Savannah. We parked the car on Friday and didn't need to get in it again until Monday - guess we could have skipped the rental car for this one. It was great to walk to the busy downtown, and return to a quiet abode at the end of the night. The space had all the amenities you need to enjoy a leisurely morning. There is a Kroger's a short walk away as well if you need groceries. John, sent us some weekend events ahead of time - which we thought was a nice gesture and would have used if we weren't already fully committed. We recommend John's place for your Savannah stay.

The home was lovely and our room was perfect for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee. It was very nice to be close to the park and local places. Definitely recommend!

It is a nice stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the bed is comfortable which are the important things for me as someone who travels for work and mostly needs somewhere comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is quite small with nowhere to really put your things down. Its a pedestal sink with no counter space. Not a big deal for someone like me. The shower is a little small but, definitely gets the job done. Overall, a great place for a working professional needing a good place to get some rest.

This is a hidden gem! Located in the guest house of Caren’s property, this is one of the most thoughtfully crafted guest spaces we have ever stayed in. Huge bonus that Brio was always around! 🐴 Caren was super nice and easy to talk to, but was great about giving us privacy while on her property. I recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway outside of Savanah. Would absolutely look to stay here again if we’re in the area!
